More than Meals S.à.r.l. is a holding company that was established in 2017 after acquiring Oscar Mayer Limited and Abbelen GmbH. Both companies are national leaders of convenience food products in their respective markets. They are independently managed but operate under the umbrella of the More than Meals Group (MTM).

Our primary goal is not only to meet but to exceed the needs of our international retailer partners & consumers by being the driving force in our respective key categories. We want to further build MTM as a leading platform in the European market for private-label branded chilled and frozen convenience products, focusing on ready meals and snacks.

The group’s long-term growth strategy is based on investment in national market-leading companies with the goal of optimizing the value chain and drive the internationalization of all partner companies. All companies profit from the MTM senior managers many years of experience, scale effects across the entire value chain and best practice sharing enabling them to fully exploit their own potential outperforming their respective markets.
