Cookies
Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies make our website more user-friendly, efficient and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device’s memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you next visit the site.
Your browser can be set to inform you about each use of cookies, in order for you to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Cookies which are necessary to allow electronic communications or to provide certain functions you wish to use (such as the language settings) are stored because the website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies to ensure an optimized service provision free of technical errors. If other cookies (such as those used to analyze your surfing behavior) are also stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.
Google-Analytics and Anonymization Function
On this website, Google-Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Irland (“Google”) is being used.
Google-Analytics uses so called ‘cookies’, i.e. text files which will be stored on your computer and which will allow for an analysis of the website’s usage to be created based on your behavior.
The information drawn from such cookies (e.g. time, location and frequency of your visit to the website, including your anonymized and shortened IP address) will be transferred to and stored by Google in the USA.
On our website, we use Google-Analytics with anonymization function. This way, your IP address will already be shortened and thereby anonymized by Google within the member states of the European Union or within other signatory states to the agreement on the European Economic Area.
Google will use this information in order to analyze your use of our website, to create reports on the website’s activity for us and to provide for additional services linked to the website and internet usage. Google may also transfer such information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process such data on behalf of Google.
Google will, by their own account, not link your IP address to any other Google data. You can avoid the installation of cookies by choosing the appropriate browser software settings; we do, however, point out that in this case you may not be able to fully make use of all functions on our website.
Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation feature for the most common browsers which provides you with more control over which data will be gathered and processed by Google. If you activate this option, no information on website visits will be transmitted to Google Analytics. The activation will, however, not prevent information being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services potentially used by us. Further information on the deactivation option provided by Google and on the activation of this option can be found by clicking on the following link:

Contact form
In case you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we will store the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, in order to process your query and any follow-up questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your permission.
Any data entered onto the contact form will thus only be processed with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal e-mail stating this request will be sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request their deletion, revoke your consent for their storage, or the purpose for their storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter referred to as “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to determine whether data entered on this website (e.g. information entered into a contact form) is being provided by a human user or by an automated program. To determine this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitors based on a variety of parameters. This analysis is triggered automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the site. For this analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates a variety of data (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor spent on the site or cursor movements initiated by the user). The data tracked during such analyses are forwarded to Google.
reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not alerted that an analysis is underway.
Data are stored and analyzed on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the protection of the operator’s websites against abusive automated spying and against SPAM. If a respective declaration of consent has been obtained, the data will be processed exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a DGDPR. Any such consent may be revoked at any time.
For more information about Google reCAPTCHA please refer to the Google Data Privacy Declaration and Terms Of Use under the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en.
