Francois is an seasoned Private Label Executive with over 30 years of experience working for leading companies in France, Delifrance & Nutrixo Group.
He holds a business degree from ESCP Europe and started his career with PWC auditing French & American multinationals. Later Francois became Managing Director of Delifrance a global leader of frozen bakery products, and he was also member of the Executive Management Board of Nutrixo Group, Delifrance holding company. Since 2017, Francois has been Co-CEO of More-than-Meals Sarl, Luxembourg and CEO of the Oscar Mayer Group, London, one of More-than-Meals’ subsidiaries operating in the UK.

Peter Amon

Peter is an international senior FMCG Executive with over 28 years of experience working for leading consumer goods companies, Unilever, Kraft & Nestlé and for a global professional service company, Aramark.
He has a proven track record of building winning businesses, successful transformation, innovation management and internationalization of companies. In his previous positions he was the Head of Global Food for Nestlé Professional, President Europe Aramark, General Manager Food Unilever Greater China, General Manager Unilever Bestfoods Germany and Director Strategy Kraft Foods North America.
He holds a MBA degree from the University of Würzburg, Germany.
